Estimates and ranges

Price ranges, per-window figures, surcharges and sample documents shown on this site are illustrations based on our current price list. They are not an offer. Your price is set only by a written quote prepared after a check-measure visit. A written quote is valid for 30 days from its date.

Agreement, payment and cancellation

Work is performed under a signed Home Improvement Agreement. A deposit of one third of the contract price is due at signing; the balance is due on the day the installation is complete, after the walkthrough. Invoices are issued through QuickBooks and can be paid by card, bank transfer or, subject to credit approval, over time through Affirm.

You may cancel the agreement at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing, without penalty. Because windows are custom-made for your project, we place the factory order only after that period ends.

Concealed conditions

Prices assume a sound opening. If rot, structural or water damage is found once an old window is removed, we stop, show you the condition and perform any repair only under a change order signed by you.

Financing

Financing is provided by Affirm to qualified applicants, subject to credit approval. Terms are shown in Affirm’s own agreement at checkout. Uniview Windows is not a lender.

Warranty

Products and installation are covered by the Uniview Windows® Products & Installation Limited Warranty, provided with your agreement. Summaries on this site do not replace that document. Read the warranty.
